Googles accounts are used by millions of folks the world over and because they have so many products and users, Google’s account login and access processes differ and can be fairly complicated. If you’re a small business using Google Ads, you might have struggled with how to easily grant someone access to your account without having to provide your personal logins. Luckily, within your Google Ads accounts, there is a section made for facilitating new user access.
These simple steps are the key to opening your account to partner users, because by sharing access to your Google Ads account, you can work with other people in your business on the same Google Ads account and keep all the work and data in the same controlled environment. Once you’ve granted access, you can edit a user’s access level, or you can always remove access later on.

If you’ve accepted an invitation to link to a manager account, people who have administrative access to the manager account can receive notification emails and manage your campaigns. If the manager account has ownership, users with administrative access to the manager account can also edit user access, managers, and product links within your account.
You can manage which users can perform tasks like making payments, changing payment methods, or receiving invoices by adding or removing them from your Google payments profile in the Google payments center.
